Next Steps:
Congratulations! You've finished the Mendix New-Hire Training! Now that you've completed your training you're welcome to start taking stories, incidents, and pair programming with other students/full-time employees. While working at BYU, you are allowed to spend 10% of your working hours on professional development. This means you have time to work on a variety of your skills. We suggest that you start working towards the next Mendix certification and expanding your Mendix knowledge for at least a portion of your professional development time. You can view the different Learning Paths on Mendix's website for a better understanding of those criteria.
